In 2015, we purchased this property in midtown Tucson and immediately began working on the garden. We started with passive and active rainwater harvesting systems, incorporating native grasses such as *Digitaria californica*, *Sporobolus wrightii*, and *Muhlenbergia dumosa*. The rest is history...

Our garden is featured in various tours with the goal to inspire the use of plants native to the Sonoran Desert, as well as rainwater harvesting.
